Themes based on the book "The Yoga Almanac" by Lisette Cherreson and Andrea Rice will be woven into each class.
This mid-week class will include breathwork, floorwork, transitions to standing, standing poses, and gentle flows. Students will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify practice to fit their individual needs on any given
day.
All practice is VALID PRACTICE!
The use of blocks and other props is
welcomed and encouraged.
This class is Donation Based: If you would like to donate you can pay in cash the day of class or use a credit/debit card using the booking calendar link below.

ONLINE CLASS Series:

Yoga in the comfort of your own home
Start off your week with a gentle stretch and flow yoga class. Classes will be themed based on the book "The Yoga Almanac" by Lisette Cherreson and Andrea Rice. Sample themes will be Balance, Loving Kindess, Gratitude, Authenticity etc. This class will include breathwork, floor work,Practice will include breath work, floorwork, transitions to standing, standing poses, and gentle flows.Students will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify practice to fit their individual needs on any given
day.
