PRIVATE SESSION- GROUP FOREST BATHING- NAEVA

When was the last time you allowed yourself to spend 2 1/2 hours immersing yourself in nature,  engaging all your senses, and mindfully experiencing a slow wander through old-growth redwoods? Come and join me on THE REDWOOD PATH and see where it leads you!

Where: Meet in the Walker Road Parking Area off Highway 199 in front of the restrooms.

What to bring:  This is not a strenuous walk, but you may like to bring water. The trail is flat, but there are tree roots and naturally occurring obstacles.  Please wear shoes that you feel best suit your needs.  It can be chilly and even rainy this time of year. Please check the weather and dress for the forecast. I recommend dressing in layers:)

Duration:  This experience ranges from 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
