About the event
This experience will be a slow meandering and is mostly flat, but the trail does have some exposed tree roots. Please wear shoes that accommodate your needs :) Feel free to bring an extra layer as it can be a little foggy in the morning! Also please fill out the liability and media waiver by clicking the following link --Liability Waiver--before the day of the hike. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns leading up to our Forest Bathing experience!!
