About the event
When was the last time you allowed yourself to spend 2 1/2 hours immersing yourself in nature, Â engaging all your senses, and mindfully experiencing a slow wander through old-growth redwoods? Come and join me on THE REDWOOD PATH and see where it leads you!
Where: Meet in the Walker Road Parking Area off Highway 199 in front of the restrooms.
What to bring: Â This is not a strenuous walk, but you may like to bring water. The trail is flat, but there are tree roots and naturally occurring obstacles. Â Please wear shoes that you feel best suit your needs. Â It can be chilly in the morning, so a light sweatshirt or jacket is recommended. Â Sit-upon cushions will be provided.
Duration: Â This experience ranges from 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
